Information we handle

In the course of security testing and assessment we may access client systems, credentials, and technical data provided to us under contract. We treat all such information as confidential.

How we protect it

• We access only what is necessary to perform the authorised work, and only within the agreed scope.
• Client data is stored in encrypted form on the assigned specialist’s device and, where a backup is needed, on an encrypted drive kept in a locked safe at our office.
• We do not copy client data to unencrypted media, public cloud, or personal email.
• After delivery, working data is deleted; only the agreed records are retained for the agreed period, then securely destroyed.
